4.3 Quiz and Assessment Integrity
You agree to complete all quizzes and assessments honestly and without the use of unauthorized aids. Sharing quiz answers, attempting to manipulate scoring systems, or engaging in any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Company Content
All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, quiz structures, course materials, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Vitacorax Dynacor or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in Platform Content.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the Platform, including feedback, comments, or responses, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

6.2 Refunds

The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests where significant Content has been accessed or where abuse of the refund process is suspected.
6.3 Subscription Renewal
